1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, activating, or using GoApus Pro ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Software.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and GoApus ("we", "us", "our"). You must be at least 18 years old to use the Software.
2. Description of Service
GoApus Pro is a desktop growth application that assists with Instagram account growth through AI-powered engagement — including smart following, liking, commenting, and direct outreach.
The Software operates locally on your device. It requires:
- A valid GoApus Pro license key
- Your Instagram account credentials (stored locally on your device only — never transmitted to our servers)
- An AI API key from a third-party provider (Claude by Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini) — also stored locally on your device only
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Software at any time with reasonable notice.
3. License Grant
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use GoApus Pro on a single device for your personal or business use.
You may not:
- Share, resell, or transfer your license key to any other person
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Create derivative works based on the Software
- Use the Software to provide automation services to third parties without a separate commercial license
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass the license verification system
One license key activates the Software on one device at a time. To transfer your license to a new device, deactivate it on the current device first.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use GoApus Pro only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
Prohibited uses include:
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing content
- Automating actions at rates that could harm Instagram's platform or other users
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Collecting or harvesting personal data from other users without consent
- Using the Software to conduct any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Using the Software on accounts you do not own or have explicit authorization to manage
Violation of this section may result in immediate license termination without refund.
5. Instagram Compliance
GoApus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. We do not guarantee that Instagram will not restrict, suspend, or ban accounts that use automation software.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Software complies with all applicable platform policies. We will not be liable for any account restrictions or losses resulting from Instagram enforcement actions.
6. Payment & Billing
All purchases are processed by our payment provider. Payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance are handled on our behalf by our payment infrastructure. By completing a purchase, you also agree to our payment provider's terms of service.
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.
License keys are delivered electronically upon successful payment. We do not store your payment card details — these are held exclusively by our payment provider.

7. Intellectual Property
GoApus Pro, including its source code, design, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by GoApus and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You receive only the limited license described in Section 3.
The GoApus name, logo, and "Like the Apus — it never stops" tagline are trademarks of GoApus. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Software will be error-free or uninterrupted
- The Software will achieve any specific Instagram growth results
- The Software will remain compatible with future changes to Instagram's platform
- Third-party AI services (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) will remain available or produce consistent results
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoApus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of Instagram followers, reach, or account access
- Loss of business revenue or profits
- Data loss or corruption
- Costs of substitute software or services
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies from your devices.
You may terminate your license at any time by uninstalling the Software. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless you meet the conditions in our Refund Policy.
Sections 7, 8, 9, and the survival clause of this section shall survive termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
