Refund Policy
1. Overview
We want you to be confident in your purchase. GoApus Pro is a premium desktop automation tool, and we stand behind its quality. If you encounter technical issues we cannot resolve, or the Software simply isn't the right fit, we will make it right.
All refunds are processed through our payment provider back to your original payment method.
2. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 14 days of your original purchase date
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- Your license has not been revoked due to abuse or policy violations
After 14 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly for:
- Critical technical issues we are unable to resolve
- Billing errors (e.g., charged twice for the same license)
- Circumstances where the Software was fundamentally misrepresented
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests made after the 14-day window at our sole discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Open a support ticket with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your purchase email address and order ID (found in your payment receipt)
- Briefly describe the reason for your request (optional but helpful)
We will verify your purchase details and, if eligible, process the refund through our payment provider on your behalf.
Once the refund is approved, your license key will be deactivated and you should uninstall the Software from your device.
4. Processing Time
Once we approve your refund request:
- We will initiate the refund within 1–2 business days
- Our payment provider typically processes refunds within 5–10 business days
- The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
5. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Refund request is submitted more than 14 days after purchase and no exceptional circumstance applies
- The license was terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing the license key, using the Software for spam)
- The Instagram account was suspended or banned — account actions by Meta/Instagram are outside our control and not grounds for a refund
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results — AI outputs depend on third-party providers and your specific settings, and are not guaranteed
- You purchased a discounted or promotional license that was explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
